Cancellation Policy
At Family Law Form Assist, we strive to make your booking experience simple and secure. This Booking Policy explains how you can schedule appointments and what to expect throughout the process. 1. Booking an Appointment Appointments can be booked in two ways: Online via our Wix-powered booking system (available 24/7) By email to familylawformassist@gmail.com You’ll receive an email confirmation once your appointment is booked. For online bookings, you'll be guided through payment options and session preferences. 2. Consultation Structure The initial consultation (up to 60 minutes) is included in our Comprehensive and Premium Packages. Sessions can be held via Zoom, phone call, or in person (where available). A follow-up session (up to 30 minutes) is included in the Comprehensive Support Package. 3. Payment Terms Full payment or a 50% deposit (depending on your selected service) is required to confirm your booking. Payment is securely processed during online booking or by invoice if booked via phone/email. Final balances must be settled before any reviewed documentation is delivered. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule via the Wix booking portal, by email, or by phone with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a £50 cancellation fee or loss of deposit (at our discretion). No-shows without notice are non-refundable. 5. Late Arrivals Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, the session may be cancelled and marked as a no-show. 6. Service Scope We provide non-legal, administrative support to help you complete family law forms. Legal advice or court representation is outside our scope. Clients needing legal advice will be referred to a qualified solicitor. 7. Confidentiality & Data Handling All client data is handled in strict confidence and in accordance with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. 8. Need Help?
